Many think that Assistive Technology devices are expensive. Not true! The iCreate for Paralysis based in New Hampshire and funded by the Reeve Foundation shows that devices can be made out of discarded and/or recycled material for $5 or less and created in 5 minutes or less. Devices like slant boards, cup holders, adapted scissors and many other devices were demonstrated. Visit the website to see materials that were used.
