Parents of students with disabilities know that the IEP is an important tool for their child. All parents, of course, want their child to reach his or her highest potential. In March of 2017 the Supreme Court ruled that schools must provide “appropriately ambitious” programs for all students. Assessments can play an important role in the IEP planning for students.
